Shiloh Hills Christian School was founded in 1980 as a ministry of Shiloh Hills Baptist Church. It has since grown to one of the larger Christian schools in the Georgia Association of Christian Schools.

The purpose of Shiloh Hills is to train students both spiritually and academically. It is our conviction that proper training begins in the home and is continued in the church and the Christian school. The school is an institution set up by man for the educating and training of children. It is with this in mind that we have claimed the verse found in Proverbs 22:6, "Train up a child in the way he should go; and when he is old, he will not depart from it." We feel that the Lord has blessed this ministry because of our continued determination to put the Lord first in our teaching and the training of your children.

Shiloh Hills Christian School, as an accredited member of the Georgia Association of Christian School, is also fully accredited by the State of Georgia under the Georgia Private School Accreditation Council (GAPSAC).

Shiloh Hills Christian School is a member of the American Association of Christian Schools (AACS).

Statement of Faith

The whole Bible is verbally inspired in the original manuscripts.

There is one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Jesus Christ is the virgin-born Son of God, the only Savior, Lord, and way to Heaven. He was bodily resurrected and lives today at the right hand of the Father in Heaven.

Salvation is by faith alone in the shed blood and vicarious atonement of Jesus Christ on the cross.

Works do not have a part in salvation but are the evidence of genuine conversion.

Man was created by the direct act of God, subsquently fell into sin, and now the whole race is at war with God and needs His salvation.

The blessed person of the Holy Spirit has come to indwell every believer, and seal him until the day of redemption of the body, so that every believer is eternally saved from the moment he believes. We refute the "second work of grace" teaching or the doctrine of sinless perfection in this life.

We believe that the Lord's Supper, as a memorial of Christ's death, and baptism by immersion are the two Scriptural ordinances. They are not sacraments.

We believe a literal hell will be the eternal punishment of the lost, and a literal Heaven will be the reward of the saved.

We believe in a literal devil called Satan who is a fallen angel and head of the forces of wickedness. He is a defeated foe who will finally be imprisoned forever along with the other fallen hosts and lost of the earth.

We are looking for the personal, imminent, bodily return of Christ for the Church, and the subsequent establishment of His kingdom on earth.
